Before entering your photo in the Spin'N'Slide Reining Australia Photographic Competition, please ensure you have read and accepted the competition terms and conditions listed below. New Conditions Below!
Any photographs relating to Australian reining - its horses, its people and the diverse range of emotions and images they represent - are eligible, and ALL photos entered into the competition WILL be featured and credited to the photographer via an on-line 'spin'n'slide' photo gallery.
- By entering your photo in this competition, you automatically grant Reining Australia copyright permission to publish your image on its website www.reiningaustralia.com.au and in any current or future reining promotional material, including but not limited to Reining Australia's Slider newsletter and Australian equine magazines where/when applicable for a period of at least 12 months from the commencement of the competition.
- All photos will be credited to the photographic artist providing the image, and all images sumbitted must be the original and exclusive property of the photographer submitting the entry.
- All finalists in the Spin'N'Slide Reining Australia Photographic Competition will be notified by e-mail when and where their winning images are being displayed and the ultimate winner of the competition will be notified at least one week prior to the Reining Australia National Championships in Tamworth, to allow for maximum publicity of the winner.
- The judges' decision is final and no appeals or discussions will be entered into.
- Reining Australia reserves the right to not display or immediately withdraw from competition, any image which Reining Australia deems to be inappropriate, or any image that is suspected to not be the original work of the artist entering that image.
- Photographers may submit a maximum of 10 photos per month. Photo Competition management reserve the right to display 5 only of each photographer per month if total entry numbers are excessive for that month.
