Upon meeting the criteria set out by Reining Australia, the nomination must fill out the official form and return it to the Reining Australia Secretary.

Nominations need to be received by the advertised closing date which shall be prior to a Reining Australia Board Meeting of that year.

Nominees will be discussed and with the approval of the Board of Reining Australia, awarded at a ceremony to be held at the Reining Australia Futurity Show.

Decisions of the Board of Reining Australia will be final.
